How we were born
Our story, told honestly.
On June 24, 2026, an earthquake plunged Venezuela into mourning. We lost thousands of our own: parents, children, brothers and sisters, neighbors. Every life is a name, a family, an emptiness that cannot be filled. And in the middle of so much pain, those of us who remained asked ourselves the same question: how do I help, when I hardly know who to trust anymore?
That is why Apoyando a Venezuela was born.
We are not a company, and we do not collect money. We are a simple, powerful idea: let the community itself —the neighbor, the relative, the doctor, those who truly know the person— be the ones who vouch for each case. Then volunteer verifiers call or video-call to confirm it is real, and only then is the case published.
When you choose to help, the money never passes through our hands: it goes straight from your hand to the person who needs it. No middlemen, no fees, no fine print. Everything in plain sight.
This is not about raising millions. It is about each person receiving their grain of sand, so that help can reach many more.
It was born from an earthquake, but today Apoyando a Venezuela is for any Venezuelan who needs a hand: an illness, an emergency, a family that lost everything.
If you need help, this is your place.
If you want to help, here your contribution truly arrives.
If you have time and a good heart, become a verifier and let's make sure, together, that the help is real.
Because a people that grieves together also rises together.
For Venezuela. Made by Venezuelans. 🇻🇪
