What is it and what will you do?
- You review pending cases from people asking for help.
- You call or video call them to confirm they are real.
- You review their ID and documents to confirm they are real. You will see private data and commit to full confidentiality.
- You recommend (pre-approve) the cases you verified.
- When several agree, the administrator gives the final approval and it gets published. You never reject or publish on your own.
