Community-verified · direct to each person · non-profit

How it works

Direct help for any situation, backed by the community and verified by hand. With total transparency.

The idea, in one sentence

We connect a person who needs help —for health, food, an emergency or any difficult situation— with kind people who want to help. What's new: the people who know them (neighbors, family, an authority) vouch for their case, and a team of verifiers —us, plus volunteers from the community itself, each with a reputation earned case by case— confirms it before publishing. That way trust comes from the community, and the platform can keep helping even when no one from the team is watching at that exact moment.

If you need help

  1. Create a free account as a beneficiary.
  2. Tell your situation, the amount you need and how people can send you help (Pago Móvil, Zelle, Binance…).
  3. Upload a photo of your ID and, if you have them, documents that back up your case. Only the verification team sees them.
  4. You get a code so people who know you can vouch for your case.
  5. Our team calls or video calls you to confirm. If all is well, we publish your case.

Community endorsement — how trust is born

Each case has a unique code. The person shares it with people who know them.

  1. A neighbor, family member, friend or an authority (community council, doctor…) goes to Vouch for a case.
  2. Enters the code, uploads their ID and signs a statement confirming they know the person and that the case is real.
  3. Our team verifies the voucher, even by call. Once verified, their endorsement appears publicly on the case.

Before donating, you see who backs the person. The voucher's ID is private; their confirmation is public.

Volunteer verifiers — the community helps us

So this works without big companies, volunteer people help verify that cases are real. Anyone with time and a good heart can join.

  1. You apply at Become a verifier with your ID.
  2. The administrator reviews and approves your access if they trust you.
  3. Verifiers review pending cases, call or video call the person and recommend (pre-approve) the real ones.
  4. Several verifiers must agree on the same case: no one decides alone.
  5. The final decision and publication are always made by the administrator.

This way trust is built by the community itself, transparently — and the platform can help more people.

Verifier reputation — how trust is earned

Every volunteer verifier has a reputation that rises or falls depending on whether their recommendations turned out right. There are three levels:

  1. New: just starting to verify cases.
  2. ✓ Trusted: has built up enough correct calls with good accuracy.
  3. ⭐ Star: the highest level. Besides verifying cases, they can recommend that another collaborator be reviewed if they suspect bad faith (never decided alone: that also goes through the same multi-confirmation system).

Every verifier's level who corroborated a case is public, next to their name — so you see not just who reviewed it, but how much of a track record they have.

Self-sufficiency — it doesn't depend on one person

The platform is designed to keep working even if no one from the team is online at that moment:

  • If many trusted verifiers agree a case is real, it can move forward without waiting on a single person to review it.
  • If a case sits pending for days with no verifier looking at it, the system itself notifies them so it doesn't fall behind.
  • If several top-level verifiers report the same collaborator for bad faith, the system revokes their access automatically to protect everyone — reversibly, it never deletes their account or history.

All of this always relies on real people verifying —never a robot deciding on its own— just organized so help never depends on a single person being available.

If you want to help

  1. Browse the verified cases and read the community endorsements.
  2. Create your free account to see the payment details (we protect them to look after beneficiaries).
  3. Send your contribution directly to the person and, if you wish, upload your proof so it is on record.

Non-profit — and we say it upfront

This is not about raising millions. It is so that each person receives a grain of sand. That is why amounts per request are capped (maximum 1.000,00 USD): so when many people need help at the same time, it reaches many more.

Your money never passes through us

We are not a fundraising company. The platform does not touch your money: it only verifies cases and connects you directly with the person. 100% of your help reaches who needs it.
